From the dramatic canyons and caves of western Georgia, we journey deep into the snow-covered mountains of Svaneti, where ancient stone towers rise above remote valleys and the Caucasus feels untouched by time. DAY 1 | Arrival in Kutaisi & Tskaltubo — 27.12

Arrive in Kutaisi, where your winter adventure through Georgia begins. From the airport, travel to Tskaltubo, a historic spa town renowned for its natural mineral and radon-rich thermal waters. Settle into your hotel and unwind after your journey, with the opportunity to experience the famous thermal baths.

In the evening, come together for a relaxed welcome dinner, your first introduction to Georgian flavours, traditions and legendary hospitality.

DAY 2 | Canyons, Waterfalls & the Prometheus Cave — 28.12

Today, discover the wild beauty of Western Georgia as we venture through a landscape of deep canyons, emerald rivers and spectacular underground formations.

Explore Martvili Canyon, where turquoise waters flow between dramatic limestone cliffs, then continue to Okatse Canyon and its spectacular suspended walkway overlooking the forested gorge.

Our final stop is the extraordinary Prometheus Cave, a fascinating underground world filled with impressive stalactites, stalagmites and hidden chambers.

DAY 3 | From Western Georgia to the Heart of Svaneti — 29.12

Today, the landscape begins to change as we leave the lowlands behind and travel deep into the Greater Caucasus.

Our journey takes us through Zugdidi, where we visit the elegant Dadiani Palace, connected to one of Georgia's most fascinating royal families. We then continue towards the spectacular Enguri Valley, stopping at the impressive Enguri Dam and Reservoir.

As the road climbs deeper into the mountains, the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic. Snow-covered peaks, deep valleys and ancient Svan towers announce our arrival in Mestia, the cultural heart of Svaneti.

In the evening, gather around the table for a traditional Svan welcome dinner and experience the warmth of local mountain hospitality.

DAY 4 | Ushguli – Into the High Caucasus — 30.12

Today takes us deep into the heart of the mountains as we travel to Ushguli, one of Europe's highest permanently inhabited settlements and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Follow the spectacular mountain valleys towards Mount Shkhara, Georgia's highest peak, while discovering the ancient villages and distinctive stone towers that have defined Svaneti for centuries.

Take time to explore Ushguli, meet the atmosphere of this remote mountain community and enjoy the extraordinary winter scenery before returning to Mestia.

DAY 5 | Georgian New Year's Eve – The Supra Experience — 31.12

Enjoy a relaxed final day of the year in Mestia. Take a morning walk through the historic town, admire its legendary Svan towers and discover the unique traditions of this remarkable mountain region.

As evening falls, prepare for the highlight of the journey — an authentic Georgian New Year's Eve Supra.

Gather around a beautifully prepared Georgian table filled with local dishes, regional specialties and Georgian wine. Guided by a traditional Tamada, the evening unfolds through heartfelt toasts, stories, music and unforgettable moments of Georgian hospitality.

Then, as midnight approaches, raise your glass and welcome the New Year in the mountains of Svaneti.

DAY 6 | New Year's Day – Snow & the Greater Caucasus — 01.01

Wake up to the first morning of the New Year surrounded by the snow-covered peaks of Svaneti. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and a slow start after the night's celebrations.

Today, embrace the winter landscapes of the Greater Caucasus. Depending on snow and weather conditions, head towards Hatsvali or Tetnuldi, two of Svaneti's spectacular mountain resorts.

For those who love adventure, there is an opportunity to ski or snowboard against the backdrop of the Caucasus. For others, simply enjoy the snow, mountain air and breathtaking panoramic views.

Start the New Year where the mountains are your playground — pure Caucasus winter at its finest.

DAY 7 | From the Mountains to the Healing Waters — 02.01

After breakfast, say goodbye to the dramatic landscape s of Svaneti and begin our journey back towards Western Georgia.

Travel through the spectacular Enguri Valley, following the winding mountain roads from the high Caucasus towards the lowlands. Continue to Tskaltubo, where our journey comes full circle.

Relax in the town's famous thermal waters and give yourself time to unwind after days of mountain adventures, snow and exploration.

From the frozen peaks of Svaneti to the warm waters of Tskaltubo — the perfect final chapter to an unforgettable Georgian winter journey.

DAY 8 | Kutaisi & Departure — 03.01

Enjoy your final morning in Georgia with breakfast and some free time to explore Kutaisi, one of the country's oldest cities.

Depending on your flight time, take a final stroll through the historic centre, explore the local market or enjoy one last Georgian coffee before your transfer to Kutaisi International Airport.

Leave Georgia carrying memories of snow-covered mountains, ancient villages, warm hospitality, extraordinary landscapes and a New Year celebrated the Georgian way.
